Winter is not over yet, but I’m done with my shopping for Fall and Winter 2009. Right now, I can’t wait to check out the Spring 2010 collection, especially those in ladylike design.

Let’s see if I can find something similar soon, and pair the dresses with these bracelets…

Louis Vuitton Metal Bracelets
I can’t possibly get any of the metal bracelets by Louis Vuitton, but then, the best thing about shopping in Thailand is, you might be able to get similar designs, if you look harder. LOL!

I love jumpsuits, and in fact, I bought a few from Jaspal throughout this year. It’s easier for a busy mother like me to just grab a jumpsuit and dress up in 2 minutes!
But then, jumpsuit is facing some competition with overall next spring. Check out the article @ Style for more info. My last overall was worn during my first pregnancy, so it’s been years since I worn one. I guess I need to update my wardrobe again next spring, and see if I can find some similar designs to these:

I guess I would love to work on this trend.

I still shop, but on a tighter budget. Thus, I would only go for classic look, or something which I think I can wear until next year, if I’m not bored with it.
Thus, when I was going through Fall 2009 Trend Reports, I only check out the smart investment outfits.
Here are some of my favorites:

I would prefer to “play safe” in shopping now. Quite pathetic huh? LOL!

Louis Vuitton is not just a bag, it’s a fashion trademark for most women, who’s trying to look good, “act” good, and feel good about themselves. If I would to walk down the street holding a Louis Vuitton in my hand, I could feel tremendous confidence in myself, and even if you label me as materialistic fashion victim , you can’t deny how precious Louis Vuitton is to most women!

I would love to have that bag!
This denim Louis Vuitton is great for any casual look. Besides that, I’ve always loved to have a bigger bag. After being a mother, there are always so many things which I have to put in my bag, and a smaller tote does not provide enough storage space to me.
But if you prefer a smaller design, check this out:

The same design in medium size.

The smallest design looks very cute too, and it’s nice for clubbing on Saturday nights!
Having a few Louis Vuitton handbags in my closet has always been one of my dreams, but it’s yet to come true, especially at bad economy times like this! I sure hope hubby is working harder and harder to make my dreams come true. LOL!
I really hope that some day, I can go through my collection of Louis Vuitton and pick the handbag that matches my shoes. Gosh, check out this pair of shoes by Louis Vuitton:

That’s a pair of wedges worth dying for. LOL!

I know how bad the economy is, and I have cut down a lot in my shopping budget. Besides that, it’s already half a year gone and I haven’t figured out if we should go on a trip by the end of the year. There are a few places of my choice, but all of them are very expensive trips!
I would surely love to bring my kids to Japan in winter, as they haven’t seen snow before. If they have a chance to step on the snow, trying out the kiddie sleigh and building a snowman, that would be a great experience for them. But planning for a winter trip does not only involved hotels and flight tickets, we need to buy winter clothing for the trip too. I left all my winter clothing in Malaysia, so if we would to go on a winter trip, I need to spend some money on winter gears.
The North face jackets would be perfect for a winter trip, and there are not only designs for men and women, this brand offers kids jackets too! I like the jackets in lightweight and breathable material, and most importantly, it has to be waterproof if we would to play in the snow.
I would love to find a few designs with almost the same color for four of us, and if only hubby will agree on maroon!

My boy would love this color, just like the mommy! But then again, hubby will prefer a grey or blue jacket. Too bad I can’t find a pink North Face jacket for my gal as pink has always been her favorite color. Hopefully, pink will be added into their collection one day.
On top of that, free shipping is given to those orders from UK and you can also get free express delivery too, if your order is over £100. But if you are staying in Europe, the shipping fee is depending on the total value of your order and from which country you live in. Nonetheless, the shipping fee will always be cheaper as comparing to someone like me who stays in Asia!

I’ve always loved Vera Wang’s bridal collections and I used to dream of owning her wedding gown. I didn’t have the budget to get one when I was married, so if I have a chance, I would surely love to have her gown, just to be added in my wardrobe. LOL!
I like her designs for Resort 2010, and it’s not hard to see that most of the designs are youthful and more brilliant in colors. She said that she was inspired by her daughters, who loved long tees over short shorts, which is something I like a lot as well! Thus, I really like her collection this time as it’s not hard to mix and match the items.
Long tees with short shorts. Check out the lace shorts too!
Some of the dresses are quite flattering too, thus most women can carry the look.

Check out the olive gold sequin racer-back tank dress, worn over a sleeveless white cotton T-shirt. I don’t have to worry about tugging in my tummy in these dresses!

Not to mention, the long dresses are lovely too, and I would love to have one!

I’ve never paid much attention to Jason Wu’s creations, until his name was made super famous after Michelle Obama wore his white gown to the inauguration ball. I must say, it’s great to see Jason Wu being in the limelight as not many Chinese designers make it big in fashion world.
I took a peep at Jason Wu’s Resort 2010 collection at Style.com and I found a few pieces which I like a lot…

But then, there are 2 items which I don’t want to see myself in…

Unless I’m 10kg thinner or 15 cm taller!!!

I hate to be reminded about how bad the economy is, so even if I can’t afford to get Prada now, I still can’t resist myself from checking out Prada Resort 2010 collection. This collection highlighted pastel colors, scarf printed bikini briefs, candy color handbags, and those lovely ankle-tie sandals, and etc.
Here are some of my favorite looks:

This is my favorite piece of all. I like dresses in bold printed colors, and deep V neckline.

I surely hope that I can afford to get one!

I’ve never used a clear plastic tote. I don’t feel secured with showing the world what I have in my bag, and not to mention, it’s quite messy in my bag! LOL!

So, when I first saw this clear plastic tote by Mulberry, with the illustration by Julie Verhoeven, I was wondering if I will buy one, if I have $175 extra. I guess I will skip it, even if it’s totally hot and hit and fashionable for summer.
However, I guess 175 bucks is not expensive for a Mulberry. Grab one if you are interested! Plastic just doesn’t work for me.

I love white but I hardly wear one. It’s not easy for me to carry the look, and besides that, I tend to mess it up while carrying my gal. Her shoes always leave some marks on my white blouse or pants. But then, white is the IN color for fall, and here are a few of my favorite looks.

I love this dress by Terexov.

Simple yet elegant by Derek Lam.

Clean, but stunning, by Chado Ralph Rucci.
